About this product
With pond planters, you can plant a large pond quickly and efficiently, without the hassle of individual baskets. Filling a single planter takes just a few minutes: place a layer of coconut fiber at the bottom, add 20 liters of substrate, put 15 plants inside, and you’re done. The substrate provides an airy and nutritious soil in which plants can take root firmly. This gives your plants an optimal start and keeps your pond water clear and balanced in a completely natural way.
What makes this product special
Iris blue a robust marsh plant and a key contributor to a healthy pond. With its strong root system, it absorbs nutrients from the soil that would otherwise remain suspended in the water. Lower levels of nitrate and phosphate reduce the risk of algae growth. Its dense growth provides hiding places for young fish and other pond inhabitants. In the spring, Iris blue blooms Iris blue graceful blue-purple flowers that attract bees and other beneficial insects. These natural pond helpers help reduce mosquitoes and their eggs, keeping the pond clear and balanced.

No matter what I tried, the water in my pond just wouldn't clear up. After exchanging a few emails, I decided to order this complete kit, though to be honest, I wasn't very confident it would work.

Last year, I had a landscaper install a plant filter in my swimming pond, and he recommended lava rock and some plants from the local garden center. Unfortunately, it all went wrong; the plants died one by one, and I ended up with an algae infestation.
