Each AQUA SET includes:

• Pond basket
• Pond Plant Soil
• Pond substrate
• Cover gravel
• Nutritional tablet

Here's how to arrange the basket:

1. Mix the aquatic plant soil with the Pond substrate the basket.
2. Place the plants in groups of four, standing upright with the growing point facing up.
3. Press one food tablet in the center.
4. Cover with gravel.

Place each assembled AQUA SET in a single float ring.

1. Create a transit

Drill a hole at the correct height for the pond hose.
Position it so that the water flows evenly through the filter toward the waterfall.

Optional:
Drill an additional drainage hole at the bottom (about 5 cm above the bottom) so you can drain the filter later.

2. Fill the filter

First,Pond substrate a base layer of STEP ONE Pond substrate for stability.

Place the assembled Pond baskets in the filter.

Fill in the gaps with STEP ONE around and between the baskets so that everything is securely in place and the entire filter is actively filtering.

3. Connect the pump

Connect the pond hose to the pump and the filter.

Tip: Soften the hose with hot water so it slides more easily over the fitting. Secure it with a hose clamp.

Place the pump in the pond and connect it. Check that the water flows evenly through the filter and over the waterfall.

4. Biological startup

Add 1 full bottle BACTA CLEAR to the filter or pond immediately upon initial use.

This supports the bacterial culture and aids in the breakdown of organic matter.
