Each AQUA SET includes:

• Pond basket
• Pond Plant Soil
• Pond substrate
• Cover gravel
• Nutritional tablet

Here's how to arrange the basket:

1. Mix the aquatic plant soil with the Pond substrate the basket.
2. Place the plants in groups of four, standing upright with the growing point facing up.
3. Press one food tablet in the center.

4. Cover with gravel.

Place 6 baskets in the top crate of the biofilter tower.

Each crate measures 60×40×16 cm.

• Place 6 prepared baskets (19×19×10 cm) in the top crate.
• Fill all the bottom crates completely with STEP ONE Pond substrate for natural filtration and stability.

Each crate adds 16 cm to the height of the tower.

Build the tower high enough so that the top crate of baskets is submerged by about 10 cm.

Like this:

• Are the plants planted at the ideal depth?
• Are the roots protected?
• Can't fish destroy the plants?
• At most, a few leaf tips may be eaten, but this is harmless.

Startup

Add immediately upon posting:

• 1 full bottle of BACTA CLEAR

This initiates bacterial growth and helps break down organic waste.

Maintenance

Add the POND CARE maintenance kit 2 to 3 times a year.

POND CARE contains:

• BACTA CLEAR for biological balance
• INSTA CLEAN for sludge binding and clear water

Use in the spring, during hot summers, when stress is visible, and in the fall.
